We have rich experience in export packaging. Steel materials are bundled for packaging, equipment and spare parts are packed in wooden or cardboard boxes, and fragile items such as PC sheets and glass are independently packaged with foam and frames to ensure that the goods remain intact even during long-distance transportation.

For samples, the delivery time is within 3 working days. Most of the materials and parts are available.
For bulk production, it normally will take us 2-3 days to finalize the design drawing and decide the final plan after the deposit is done, then start the production. And then it will take us 20-25days to finish the production. If our delivery time does not meet your deadline, please double check your requirements with your sales. In all cases, we will try our best to meet your needs.

1. The production department adjusts the production plan immediately after receiving the assigned production order.
2. Material handlers go to the warehouse to pick up materials.
3. Check the corresponding production equipment.
4. After all the materials are ready, the production workshop personnel start production.
5. Quality control personnel conduct quality inspection after the final product is produced, and start packaging after passing the inspection.
6. Put the packaged products into the warehouse.

We will supply installation drawings and detailed instructions approximately 15 days after the delivery of the goods. Additionally, we offer on-site engineering installation guidance and turnkey project packaging services. In the event of any product-related issues, we provide round-the-clock support to ensure prompt resolution.

We usually adopt a combination of land and sea transportation. We have many cooperative freight forwarders and will find the most economical and fast transportation method for you.
