Amidst the growing global demand for medicinal plant cultivation, AX Greenhouse successfully completed and delivered a single-span film blackout greenhouse project in California, USA, in 2020. Specifically designed for medical cannabis cultivation, this 1,080 square meter facility demonstrates our professional capabilities and innovative service model in executing overseas projects.
Modular Design for Flexible Layout
Adapting to California's climate and the client's cultivation needs, the greenhouse features a modular design consisting of 4 independent units. Each unit measures 30 meters in length and 9 meters in width, allowing for independent operation or flexible connectivity, enabling the client to manage different growth stages in separate zones. With a total height of 4.9 meters, the structure provides ample space for crop growth and internal operations.
Professional Blackout System for Light Control
Precise light management is critical for medical cannabis cultivation. This greenhouse adopts a single-span film blackout structure, featuring high-quality agricultural film covering combined with an efficient blackout system. This allows for accurate control of light duration and intensity according to the growth cycle, providing a stable artificial photoperiod environment that ensures consistent accumulation of active compounds.
Innovative Service: Factory Pre-Assembly
A notable highlight of this project is our innovative use of the factory pre-assembly service model. To ensure smooth execution of this long-distance overseas project, we conducted a full pre-assembly of the entire greenhouse frame in our factory after production. Every connection point and steel pipe was meticulously checked for precision. Only after confirming the structure was flawless and all components were complete did we disassemble, package, and ship it to California.
